PACKOUT doesn't stack on TSTAK, and TSTAK only joins ToughSystem through an adapter - even though both of those are DeWalt (what stacks with what). Once you buy the first box you've chosen a system, so the time to compare is before. That means seeing the same part from each brand next to each other, including the parts a lineup doesn't make.
